Applications are to be submitted ONLINE only. The essential qualifications for the posts notified are as per the UGC Regulations 2010 and UGC Regulations (4th Amendment) 2016. .
You are requested to go through the UGC Regulations 2010 and UGC Regulations (4th Amendment) 2016 before applying, especially clauses 3.0.0 and 4.0.0 in respect of qualifications and Appendix – III: Table I in the 4th Amendment regarding Academic Performance Indicators (API). 
Please note that the system is designed to calculate scores based on the inputs provided. It is requested that utmost care be taken while entering the values for parameters from which the score is calculated.
The process of submitting application will be progressing through the following steps.

Step 1: Account Creation
An account has to be created before filling up the application. You will be required to enter bare minimum details before an account is created. The account creation will primarily use your e-mail and mobile number as identifying parameters. On submission, a message with your application number and password generated by the system will be sent to the e-mail provided.

Step 2: Login
Login to the system using your e-mail id as username and the password provided by the system. It is recommended that you change the password to one of your choice, after the first login. The minimum length of password is 8 characters and can be a combination of a-z, A-Z,0-9 and _ <underscore> character.

Step 3: Payment of Fee.
The required fee as per the Notification has to be paid ONLINE ONLY.

Step 4: Fill up the online application
Enter the details in the application form including details for calculating API SCORES. The details to be provided as per UGC Regulations (4th Amendment) Appendix – III: Table I regarding Academic Performance Indicators (API) may be kept handy. A scanned color passport size photograph not greater than 30kb (150 x 200 pixels) and scanned signature not greater than 30kb (140 x 60 pixels) in JPEG format may also be kept ready for upload. Please ensure that the scanned copies are clear. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO UPLOAD ANY DOCUMENTS ONLINE.

Step 5: Final submission of the form.

Step 6: Take printout of the form.


Step 7: Submit hard copies to the University.
Send the printout and copies of documents (self-attested)  necessary to prove credentials like date of birth, academic/ research qualifications, evidence of published work, previous employment, nature of management of the institution where previous service was rendered,  documents to substantiate eligibility for reserved categories etc. to the address and mode specified in the notification.
